A Shiba Inu cryptocurrency investor has moved over 800 billion SHIB tokens worth around $8.2m just as rumours around the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s new layer-2 protocol, Shibarium, continue to swirl. The protocol recently launched its anticipated beta testnet, and allegations that it uses stolen code have been refuted by the developer. According to the developer, the issue lies with the testnet’s Chain ID, which is used to tell blockchains apart, and will be fixed by relaunching the network. The whale’s sale of SHIB comes as the token trades for $0.000002, a 17.2% decrease in value over the past 24 hours.
