Burger King Paris Restaurants Enter Partnership to Accept Cryptocurrencies, Including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Shiba Inu (SHIB)

Burger King’s Paris restaurants have teamed up with power bank-charging service Instpower, who has partnered with Alchemy Pay and Binance Pay to enable customers to pay for power bank devices using cryptocurrency. This collaboration means that Shiba Inu and other digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano and Dogecoin can be used as a means of payment at Burger King’s Paris locations. Burger King has reportedly been open to cryptocurrencies, with its Netherlands and German branches accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment since 2016 and 2019 respectively. In 2021, Burger King teamed up with Robinhood to offer free cryptocurrencies to its US customers. The recent collaboration with Instpower, Alchemy Pay and Binance Pay further highlights Burger King’s acceptance of and interest in digital currencies.
