24/7 Wall St. – Bit Mining Unveils Next-Generation Litecoin/Dogecoin Mining Rigs.
Bit Mining Limited has unveiled its latest Dogecoin and Litecoin mining machine, LD4. The ASIC mining machine has power efficiency of 0.71 W/MH and a peak output of 5GH/s, increasing on the predecessor LD3’s output of 4.8 GH/s. The machine features a single airflow channel mining machine design and an aluminium PCB, providing better thermal conductivity. BIT Mining said the energy efficiency upgrade makes the LD4 the best such machine on the market for both mining platforms. The launch follows a price recovery of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies this year, which has revitalised mining companies amid the 2022 downturn. The boost to the industry comes after many firms failed to survive the market’s previous struggles.
